This privacy policy explains what information Allure SEO collects through allureseo.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to this website only.

Allure SEO is operated by Allure Digital, based in Brooklyn, New York. If you have any question about this policy or your information, contact us at info@alluredigital.net or (718) 252-5040.

Information you give us

When you request an audit, a proposal or a call through a form on this website, we collect what you enter, which is usually:

  • your name and work email address;

  • your website address;

  • the service you are asking about and anything you write in the message or priority fields.

Along with the form we record the page you sent it from, the website that referred you, any campaign tags in the page address (such as utm_source), your IP address and your browser’s user agent. We use these to understand which page and campaign the request came from, and to filter out spam and abuse.

If you call or email us directly, we keep the information you share in that conversation.

Information collected automatically when you visit

To understand how people use the website and to improve it, we record visits with our own first-party measurement. For each visit we record:

  • the pages you view, the order you view them in and roughly how long you spend on each;

  • the links and buttons you click, form submissions, and taps on our phone number;

  • the website or search engine that referred you;

  • your IP address, and your browser, operating system and device type (from the user agent);

  • a random visit ID and a random visitor ID.

The two IDs are random values stored in your browser’s session storage and local storage. They let us connect the pages of one visit and recognise a returning browser. They do not contain your name, email address or any other details, and we do not use them to follow you on other websites. We do not record what you type into forms until you submit them, and we do not record page query strings in measurement data.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers. Staff who sign in to manage the website receive a sign-in cookie; ordinary visitors do not.

How we use information

  • to reply to your request and provide the services you ask about;

  • to understand how visitors find and use the website, which pages are helpful and where people have trouble, so we can improve it;

  • to keep the website and our forms secure, including preventing spam, fraud and abuse;

  • to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and respond to you, and only for those purposes:

  • Hosting and database: the servers that run this website and store form submissions and visit records, located in the United States.

  • Email delivery: when you submit a form, its contents are emailed to our team through our email provider (for example Mailgun or Google Workspace).

  • Fonts and website libraries: some fonts and code libraries load from Google Fonts and public content-delivery networks. Like any web request, these providers receive your IP address and browser information when your browser downloads those files.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, in which case this policy continues to apply.

How long we keep it

  • Visit records: kept for up to one year, then deleted automatically.

  • Form submissions and emails: kept for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide our services and keep business records, unless you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

  • Turn off visit measurement: use the “Don’t track my visits” link at the bottom of any page. Your choice is saved in your browser.

  • Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we do not record your visits.

  • Browser storage: you can clear this website’s stored data in your browser settings at any time.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it;

  • correct information that is inaccurate;

  • have your information deleted;

  • opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, or its use for targeted advertising. We do neither, but you may still send us a request.

To make a request, email info@alluredigital.net or call (718) 252-5040. We will confirm your request and may need to verify your identity, normally by checking the details you gave us. You can use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf. We respond within 45 days, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. If we decline a request, you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our response.

Security

We protect information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on the systems that store it, and encrypted backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

This website links to other websites and social networks. Their privacy practices are their own; please read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will make it clear on this page.
